Invite the firms you work with
Each firm you invite gets its own account and completes its own assessment. Its people set their own passwords, and you never see them. Nothing from one firm appears in another's account.
For assessment bodies and consultants
If you prepare several firms for their visits, the assessment body licence lets you offer SchemeReady alongside the work you already do. Each client completes its own SchemeReady assessment before your day with them, so you start with a scored list of gaps, a note of where the evidence is kept and a draft action plan. Each client has its own account and uses the same question banks and report format.
Priced on request. The price depends on how many firms you look after and which standards they hold, and we'll send you a figure soon.
You can include it in a pre-visit package, an internal audit day or a gap analysis, or offer it to members as a benefit.
Each firm you invite gets its own account and completes its own assessment. Its people set their own passwords, and you never see them. Nothing from one firm appears in another's account.
Once a firm completes, you can read the same documents it can print: the readiness report, the action plan, every answer with its note and where the evidence is kept, the site visit records, and the audit-day checklist and evidence list. The report says which questions it covers. The firm can see each time you open them. Your own team can use the licence on any devices, and we agree how many people when we price it.
The client answers the questions in its own time before you arrive. You can then spend more of the day you charge for on closing gaps, starting with the ones the action plan gives the highest priority.
Your clients screen shows each firm you've invited and whether they've accepted. Once a firm completes, it shows the percentage it finished on, and its band if it answered enough to be scored. It tells you as soon as a report is ready to read. You can compare clients, because every one answered the same questions.
Each client organisation gets Compliance Tools: toolbox talks, RAMS checks where RAMS apply, incident reports, answers to audit findings and documents with its own logo. Check my documents is included too, with up to 20 runs with each licence, and the app shows how many you have left.
Every office section of the standards you pick, the site module, every deliverable and as many site visits as you like. Each firm can update its action plan for six months after it completes, and can still read and export everything after that. The eleven standards are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BS 99001 and sector schemes 12D, 12A/B, 12C, 16, 23, 7 and 8. Every sector scheme applies ISO 9001, so it includes the ISO 9001 core. A client is scored against both and is only charged for ISO 9001 once.
Every client assessment has the three checks in Before your visit, and each client organisation gets Compliance Tools. What a tool makes is a draft to check before it's used, with the client's name and logo on it.
Shows where an assessor is likely to ask a client for more, before you arrive.
Rehearse a client's visit with an assessor's questions on its weakest areas, and feedback on each answer.
Reads up to 12 of a client's documents against its questions, with what's missing and the smallest fix.
A talk for a client's team on one of its own risks, with its logo, questions and a sign-in sheet.
Where RAMS apply, see what a client's RAMS for one job is missing, with any template text left in and out of date references.
Turn a client's account of an incident into a report with the causes and what to change.
Paste a client's finding and get the fix, the evidence to send and a reply to its certification body.
Turn your site visit or office check at a client into its audit report, with findings and actions.
A client's management review minutes, started from its action plan and answers.
Write a client's policies and procedures with its own logo, or improve the ones it already has.
Each client's name, scope, roles and logo, asked once and used in every document for that client.
Ask about any standard your clients hold, in your own words, and see which questions each answer used.
On any question: what it means for a client, what would show it and an example of a good note.
Kept with each client, newest first, each one ready to open again with its files.
More about Compliance Tools, including the yearly AI allowance and how your data is handled.
Create the organisation, pick the standards on the client's certificate, answer the profile questions (for 12D, from the categories on its certificate), and add the visit date if you know it. Where two of their standards ask the same question, it's asked once. Each standard is scored on its own.
Work through the office sections together in an afternoon, or invite the firm and let them fill in what they know in their own account. If two people answer the same question differently, the later answer counts and the earlier one is still shown.
Where the client's standard has a site walk, do it on your phone on your next visit. The dated record goes into the client's file and the report.
Generate the report, the action plan and the evidence list. For 12D, leave the client with the registers workbook to keep up.
Compliance Tools covers the client's toolbox talks, incident reports, internal audit write-ups and documents.
You can sell it as a pre-visit package. The client completes the assessment and you read the report, so your day on site starts with the action plan. A trade association can offer it as a membership benefit. Each member firm gets an assessment against the standards it holds, and the association can see where the membership stands overall. It can also be part of an internal audit programme, with the assessment used as the desk review before your audit visit. Between visits, the client has Compliance Tools for its paperwork and, for 12D, keeps the registers workbook up to date.
If a client asks whether the report means they'll get through the visit, point them to the statement printed in every report. It says the report is a self-assessment based on the client's own answers and can't predict what an assessor will find.
The pack has fourteen blank templates in Word and PDF and costs £149. You don't need a licence to buy it. Packs for the other standards aren't written yet. The issue and date are printed on every template. See the terms of licence for what you may hand on to a client.
We sell an expert hour at £150 on its own, and a firm can buy it with its Readiness Assessment. It's consultancy and isn't part of the software.
