We invoice you at the price we confirm. You can have a full refund within fourteen days of paying, without giving a reason.

Tell us which standards you hold and we'll send a price and an invoice soon. Once it's paid, we either set your account up and email you a link to choose your password, or email you a code to enter in the app. You don't need to install anything. You don't commit to anything until you tell us to go ahead.

What consultants and assessment days cost

A consultant day costs £500 to £1,500. An extra certification body day costs about £850 to £1,500, and a firm holding three standards is paying for more assessor days than a firm holding one. Both figures are from published UK guides: Next Step Compliance on ISO 9001 costs and Alinex's 2026 cost guide. SchemeReady is a self-assessment you can complete before booking consultant or assessment days, to find out what needs attention.

The yearly AI allowance

Compliance Tools includes a yearly AI allowance. We tell you well before it runs out. The tools page shows how much you've used this year, and if you're running low you can ask for a top-up there. Check my documents has its own 3 runs a year, so it never uses the allowance.

Whenever you open it, the app reminds you of your next visit, your internal audit site visits and the dates you add, such as calibrations, refreshers and the management review. For traffic management it covers card checks too. There's no subscription, and nothing renews by itself.

Pricing questions

Does the price depend on how many standards I pick?

Yes. A licence covers the standards you choose, so ISO 9001 on its own costs less than three sector schemes at once. Tell us which ones you hold on the request page and we'll send a price soon, before anything is charged. Two things keep the price for several standards below the single price multiplied by the number of standards. First, every National Highways Sector Scheme applies ISO 9001, so each sector scheme includes the ISO 9001 core, and you pay for that core once however many schemes you pick. Second, you only answer and pay for a question that two standards share once. You're still scored and banded separately for each one. Compliance Tools is one price for your organisation, whatever standards you hold. The standards page lists all nine.

Can I add a standard, or another assessment, later?

Yes. Email [email protected] with the standard you want to add. We price it the same way and add it to your account. The ISO 9001 questions you've already answered count towards it, so if you started with 12D and add 16, you only answer what 16 asks on top. The same goes for a second assessment once the first is complete, Compliance Tools and the expert hour. Each is added to your existing account.

Which licence do I need?

Choose the Readiness Assessment if you're preparing your own firm for a visit, against one standard or several. Choose Compliance Tools for help with toolbox talks, RAMS where they apply, incidents, audit findings and documents all year. Bought together, the two cost less. The expert hour adds a consultant who goes through the report with you. If you prepare more than one organisation, you need the assessment body licence. It's priced on request because it depends on how many firms you bring. A group with several certificates counts as several organisations, so a group quality manager usually wants the assessment body licence.

What does Compliance Tools include?

Every tool: toolbox talks, RAMS checks where RAMS apply, incident investigations, answers to audit findings, internal audit reports, management review minutes, documents written or improved with your logo, Ask SchemeReady and Explain this question. It includes a yearly AI allowance and 3 Check my documents runs a year, which never use the allowance. It's £149 a year for one organisation and covers all its standards. The tools are automated, and what they make is a draft for you to check. The Compliance Tools page shows what each tool does.

Will I get an invoice I can use?

Yes. Denver House Consultancy Ltd invoices you, and that invoice is the document for your accounts.

How does the refund work?

Email [email protected] with your invoice number within fourteen days of paying and we'll refund you in full. What you were refunded for then stops: a licence becomes read-only for that standard. You can still read and export what you've already answered. The refunds page has the detail.

What happens when I complete the assessment?

The assessment locks. You can still read the answers, print and export the report, and edit the action plan, but nothing else can change. Six months after you complete, you can no longer edit the action plan. You can still read and export everything. We email the account owner once, thirty days before that date. Each organisation completes its assessment once per standard. If you want to run it again, ask us and we'll add another assessment to your account.

Can I use it on my phone and my office computer?

Yes, on as many devices as you like. Everything saves to your account as you type, so you can start on your phone and carry on at your desk.

Do the templates need a licence?

No. The template pack and the single templates are plain Word and PDF files, yours to keep and edit. They're the only products you can buy outright today. The pack is for 12D, and packs for the other standards aren't written yet. A 12D licence includes the registers workbook the app generates, filled in from your answers. You can also buy the blank documents on their own from the templates page.
