Who you are

This becomes the sign-in address for the first account, so use the one the person running the assessment reads.

When your visit is, which certification body you use, how many people will be answering, or which scheme you need if it is not listed.

We use what you send here only to answer you and to set your account up. It is not used for marketing and it is not passed on. See the privacy notice.

What happens next

  1. You get an acknowledgement on screen straight away. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed.
  2. Denver House replies within two working days with a price for the standards you picked.
  3. If you go ahead, your account and your assessment are created and the person you named gets an email with a link to set a password. The link works for seven days.
  4. You sign in, and the assessment is waiting. Several people at your organisation can share it, each with their own sign-in, and the work saves as you go.

Nobody at Denver House can sign in as you, read your answers or change anything you have written. If you want somebody there to look at your assessment, you create a share yourself, it covers only what you choose, it ends on a date you set, and you can see every time it was opened.
