Payment by invoice

Request access

Card payment isn't switched on yet, so we deal with accounts and template orders by hand. Tell us what you need and we'll reply soon with a price. For the Readiness Assessment or Compliance Tools, you then get a link to set your password and start. For templates, you get an invoice, and the files follow once it's paid.

What you need

What are you asking about?
Which standards?

Pick every one you hold or are working towards. A sector scheme and BS 99001 include the ISO 9001 core, so you don't need to tick ISO 9001 as well. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are separate, so tick them as well if you want them.

Who you are

This becomes the sign-in address for the first account, or where we send the templates. Use the address of the person doing the work.

When your visit is, which certification body you use, how many people will be answering, or which scheme you need if it isn't listed.

We only use what you send here to answer you and to set your account up. We don't use it for marketing or pass it on. See the privacy notice.

What happens next

  1. You see a confirmation on screen straight away, and we email you to say we've got your request. Sending a request doesn't commit you to buying anything.
  2. We reply soon with a price for the standards you picked. If you go ahead, we send an invoice.
  3. Once it's paid, we either set up your account and email you a link to choose a password, or email you a code to enter in the app. The link works once, within seven days.
  4. When you sign in, you set up your organisation and start. A Readiness Assessment licence has three places for people who answer, each with their own sign-in, and people who only read use no place. Your work saves as you go.

A template order is shorter. Once the invoice is paid, we email you the files. You don't need an account for templates.

Nobody at SchemeReady can sign in as you or change anything you've written. SchemeReady administrators can read your assessment when you ask us for help, to look into a fault or a security problem, or when the law requires it. Every read is recorded.
